Serena Henrietta Gonzales, 39, “Cha-Cha”, passed away April 13, 2022. A lifetime Puebloan she was born June 9, 1982 to Henry & Shirley (Ortega) Gonzales. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Rosauda (Casias) Gonzales, Estevan Gonzales, Angelina (Mascarenas) Ortega, Ernest Ortega and God-father, Wilfred Casias. She attended South High School. She enjoyed being a longtime member of Dream Weavers. Cha-Cha had a contagious smile that could light up a room; which made it easy for her to make new friends. She touched a lot of hearts and leaves behind several memories for everyone to cherish. She loved spending time with her family, dancing, and most of all sharing her favorite drink, Pepsi. Serena leaves her most cherished memories with; her parents Henry and Shirley Gonzales; sisters, Sabrina (Ramiro Jr.) Perez and Silviana (Justin) Gulley; nephews, Ramiro Perez III, Isaac Perez, Tayton Gulley; nieces, Loriah Chacon, and Javelyn Gonzales; God mother, Effie Casias; other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
