Shae D. Reliford

Shae D. Reliford, 52, passed away May 25, 2025. A lifetime Puebloan, she was born to Mandell and Cleta (Ewing) Reliford on February 26, 1973. Preceded in death by her mother along with her grandparents, Mack and Patsy Sue Ewing; Laura Reliford and Eugene Reliford.

Shae was a proud South High School graduate, “Class of 1991”. She loved traveling and going to Albuquerque, she was always the driver putting the metal to the petal. She loved to play bingo and cards. Shae loved the holidays, Christmas was her favorite, always buying for everyone. She loved being with her boys and watching them play sports. She was their and the team’s biggest cheerleader, win or lose. She also loved big bags and jewelry, always styling! Shae was so sweet, she would do anything for anyone, no questions asked. She was also a smart aleck, always had something quick to say. She loved music, especially Luther Vandross and Snoop Dogg, they were her favorites. Shae said we were a small family but our friends were our family.

Shae is survived by her father, Mandell Reliford; her children, Kyrese Reliford Stewart and Kyrell Reliford Stewart; her significant other, Eric Stewart; her sister, MaShana (Damion) Buford; her brother, Chaunte Reliford; her nephews, Dante Brown and Damion Buford II; her niece, Darian Bufford; her great nieces, Samira and Ailana Brown; aunts and uncles, Jean-Paul (Virginia), Elton (Grace) and Tammie (Steven).

A Celebration of Life will be 10 am, Fri., June 13, 2025 at The Angelus Chapel.
