Shirley Anaya Obituary

Shirley C. Anaya, 84, passed away Aug. 16, 2020. A lifetime Puebloan, she was born Sept. 2, 1935 to proud parents Jack and Aileen (Burns) Belden who precede her in death. S. Collen as she was fondly known, was the owner and operator of North 40 stables. She and her husband continue to operate. She retired from Araphoe Grocery Store as a checker and many years at Belmont Super Foods. S. Collen loved spending quality time with her grand-daughter Taylor, playing Bingo, socializing, and was a collector of knick knack Dogs. Shirley is survived by her loving husband Donald Anaya; her daughter, Dawn Anaya (Candelario Jess) Estrada; grand-daughter, Taylor Estrada. At her request, cremation. No formal service.
