Shirley A. Luttrell, 80, passed away June 27, 2024. She was born June 28, 1943 in Westcliff, CO to Phil & Mildred (Swanson) Weis who precede her in death along with her husband, Larry Luttrell; and brother, Charles Weis.
Shirley enjoyed working in her garden and tending to her flowers. She had a green thumb, and grew the best black berries, they were sweet and plump. She was a great crafter; she could make anything. Her sewing skills were amazing. She retired with 20 plus years of service at Hobby Lobby. After retirement she returned to open and set up stores throughout the state. Shirley had the best personality. She could strike up a conversation with anyone, and always was willing to lend a helping hand. She was a loving person. She and sister, Midge, spent lots of time together, making memories. Her grandchildren were her world, and she loved each of them dearly.
Shirley leaves to cherish her memory; her children, Richard N. Buehler, Jr., Paula (Mike) Black; grandchildren, Misty (Nick Everheart) Addington, Kevin Buehler, Angela (Justin) Cooper, Miranda Buehler (Gio); siblings, Alfred Prather, Phyllis (John Chadwick, Midge (Alex) Chavez; 13 great-grandchildren, many family members, friends, and customers who will miss her dearly.
