Vincent Lee Smith

Vincent Lee Smith, 56, passed away unexpectedly on July 24, 2023.  A lifetime Puebloan, he was born August 18, 1966 to parents Yvonne Smith and Clyde Sampson.  Both precede him in death along with wife, Julia (Thorton) Smith; his grandparents, Dorothy Smith, George Smith and Mary Smith and his great grandmother, Eleanor Willis.  Vincent was a proud graduate from Central High School, Class of 1986. He enjoyed Taekwondo, video games, cooking for family and the community-he was our personal chef, listening to oldies and gospel music, playing pool and playing chess, plus helping anyone in need. Vincent was the proud father of four children and grandfather of ten grandchildren who he loved spending time with.

Vincent is survived by his children, Latasha (Lewis) Ervin, Raquel Smith, Ta’lor (Mikayla) Estrada and Vincent R. Smith; sister, Yvette (Marx) Vinson; brother, Brian Trice; uncles, Bruce (Regina) Smith and Doric (Donna) Smith; grandchildren, Kinieya, Mya, Ayriana, James, India, Xavier, Keilani, Amarion, Laniyah and Eevee; nieces, Adawna (Dulor) Vinson and Jawna Vinson; nephew, Sidney Vinson; great nieces, Alixandra, Adilyne and Alivia; several cousins and friends who will miss Vincent.
